Yes. Call or text (604) 764-2031 at any hour. For a no-heat call, a burst pipe or a sewer backup we tell you right away what to shut off and when someone can be there. Non-urgent jobs are booked at a time that suits you, often the same day.
We look at the problem first, then give you one flat price for the job in writing before any work starts. The estimate is free. If we find something else along the way, we stop and ask before doing more. You never pay for a surprise.
Both. Heating is a big part of our winter work: hydronic boilers, combi boilers and forced-air gas furnaces, from no-heat repairs and tune-ups to full replacements. On the plumbing side we handle emergencies, drains, hot water tanks and hidden leaks.
We are based in Richmond and cover about 15 miles around it: Richmond, Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Delta (Ladner, Tsawwassen and North Delta), Surrey and White Rock. If you are just outside that area, call and ask.
Yes. Our workmanship is covered by a 1-year warranty. If something we installed or repaired fails because of how we did the work, we come back and make it right at no cost to you. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment apply on top of that.
Yes. Besides houses and townhouses we work for strata councils, property managers and small businesses: shared drain lines, building hot water, sump pumps and planned maintenance. Tell us the building and the problem and we will quote it the same way, flat and upfront.
You can pay by card, cash or bank transfer once the job is done. Ed and the team speak English, Portuguese and Spanish, so you can explain the problem in the language you are most comfortable with.
